Albert dam is a dam constructed in 1964, located in the commune of St Michel le Cloucq and Foussais Payre, on the course of the Vendée to the upstream of the withholding of Mervent.
This reservoir spans three municipalities: St Michel Cloucq, Foussais Payre and Xanton-Chassenon.
Lake Albert is part of a group of 3 dams: Pierre brunette mother and Mervent on the Vendée.
